At Chinook Auto Supplies, we stand behind the quality of everything we build. While we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect fitment, we proudly offer a 2-Year Guarantee on all products that have manufacturer defects.


🛠 Defective Products – 2-Year Guarantee

If your product has a manufacturing defect, we will issue a refund or replacement within 2 years of the original purchase date.

✅ Covered Under Warranty:

  • Electrical or mechanical failures due to manufacturing issues
  • Defective materials or poor workmanship that affect performance
  • Peeling, fading, or cracking caused by a production flaw

❌ Not Covered:

  • Improper installation or handling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor cosmetic blemishes not affecting function
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or aftermarket modification

📩 How to Start a Warranty Claim

To file a claim, email us at chinookauto@gmail.com and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the defect
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will assess the claim and offer either:

  • A replacement part, or
  • A refund to your original payment method

🚚 Return Shipping Info

If a return is necessary, we’ll provide a prepaid return label for warranty-approved items only. Return shipping is not covered for issues that fall outside our warranty policy.


📅 Warranty Terms

The warranty is valid for 2 years from your purchase date and applies only to the original purchaser. It is non-transferable and does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
